About the brand:
Masters of glaze technology and miniature vases, SGW Lab, founded by Yuta Segawa in 2018, makes one of a kind ceramic pieces in their London studio. Their techniques vary between traditional and experimental, such as slip casting, throwing with their feet, or, in the case of their miniature work, wheel throwing with tiny paint brushes.

Influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement SGW Lab celebrates the worth of human labour in an increasingly electronic age. As William Morris said  "Art which is to be made by the people and for the people, as a happiness to the maker and the user".

SGW Lab's work is stocked in high end boutiques and ceramic galleries around the world.
