Building Blocks, Casegoods Design

$380.00

Please note: Our Building Blocks are a lighter Mahogany wood, not dark Rose Wood like in the photo.

The perfect gift for architects or makers, these 'Building Blocks' are solid brass pieces made in systematic building measurements such as 'two by one' inches (2″ x 1)*. Used for sketching or measuring, or just playing, they enhance work - and remind us that using our hands is good for us. The mahogany wood stand is sourced locally, repurposed from old buildings.

When the blocks aren't in use they slot back into their rosewood stand, creating a stunning room sculpture designed by an architect and crafted by artisans.
*See below for measurements of bronze blocks
